Includes rental of the estate for 8 hours. Tables and chairs provided for dinner seating up to 300 guests. Reception 500. Catering kitchen available for rental ($300.00) Service items also available for rental. Additional time rental available ($200 per hour) Glassware is not allowed on property. $100.00 service fee and 9.3% sales tax applied to final bill.
